Description
This unique property with a vast outdoor space spanning several levels, features a tennis court, pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen and greenhouse. The Client’s needed a shade solution as well as protection from the large mature trees, and wind being at such a high aspect. The size of the pergola was large enough for an 8-seater dining table and a large L-shaped sofa and two armchairs.
Key Features:
- Aluminum Louvre Roof: This free-standing pergola features a sizeable 6.0m x 4.0m electric aluminum louvre roof, which extends to a further 6.9 x 4.0 metres with the timber roof side extension.
- Zip Screen: Zip screens to the front and back of the pergola provide a cosy interior, and protect against wind and rain.
- Decorative Aluminum louvres: Decorative aluminum vertical louvres close off the side walls, but we also wrapped the louvres around to the front and back of the pergola for a perfectly bespoke design feature. When closed along with the zip-screens the pergola is protected from the elements and can be used in much cooler temperatures.
- Adjustable LED Lights: Integrated LED lights can be adjusted to create the perfect ambiance for any occasion.
- Above Ground Water Spout: Above ground waterspout allowed water to drain from the UMBRIS built-in drainage directly into the existing linear drain on the patio.
- Integrated Heaters: Equipped with 2000 watt heaters in a matching paint color to the structure, ensuring warmth and comfort in cooler weather.
