Care & Warranty
Care & maintenance
Remove loose dirt regularly and use the recommended 4SO care products for each material. Follow the supplied care instructions and avoid aggressive cleaners. Only use a breathable furniture cover; trapped moisture can cause mould or discolouration. Keep cushions clean, follow the washing label, let them dry fully and store them in a dry place during long periods without use.
For everyday maintenance, use a soft cloth and mild soapy water on suitable surfaces and follow the manufacturer's specific guidance for upholstery, ceramic finishes and adjustable mechanisms.
For routine cleaning of the Donato Sabbia Panna printed ceramic tabletop and Lazy Susan, use a soft cloth or sponge with mild soapy water. Rinse away cleaning residue and dry the surfaces after cleaning. Avoid abrasive pads, scouring products, aggressive chemicals, acidic cleaners and pressure washers, as these may affect the Sabbia Panna printed ceramic surfaces or other furniture finishes.
Keep the Florence Low Dining Chairs and cushions clean by removing loose dirt regularly and following the care guidance supplied with the furniture. Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaning products on the chair frames or cushions. Allow cushions to dry fully after cleaning or exposure to moisture. When cushions will not be used for an extended period, store them in a clean, dry place in accordance with the manufacturer’s care instructions.
Keep the Lazy Susan free from food residue and dry it after cleaning. Avoid placing excessively hot items directly onto the Sabbia Panna printed ceramic surfaces unless the product-specific guidance supplied with the furniture confirms that this is suitable.
