Care & Warranty
Care & maintenance
Remove loose dirt regularly and use the recommended 4SO care products for each material. Follow the supplied care instructions and avoid aggressive cleaners. Only use a breathable furniture cover; trapped moisture can cause mould or discolouration. Keep cushions clean, follow the washing label, let them dry fully and store them in a dry place during long periods without use.
Frame: Wipe the aluminium frame with a damp cloth and mild soapy water. Treat teak accents with a teak protector to maintain the natural golden colour, or a teak cleaner to keep it resistant to liquids and dirt. Avoid sharp tools or abrasive cleaners. Cushions: Brush off loose dirt, hose down, and spot-clean stains with water and mild soap using a soft brush. Rinse thoroughly and always allow to air dry completely before storing. Machine washable in cold water with mild detergent. Do not tumble dry, steam press, or subject to excessive heat. Store in a dry place or use a protective cover during extended periods of non-use.
Manufacturer’s warranty
4 Seasons Outdoor provides a standard 5-year manufacturer’s warranty on garden furniture. Weatherproof cushions have a separate 3-year warranty.
Manufacturer’s conditions and exclusions apply, including for normal wear, natural material changes, misuse, incorrect maintenance and extreme weather. For a claim, contact The Modern Furniture Company with your receipt and photographs of the issue.
