Warranty & Maintenance
2026 Warranty Terms
Gloster Furniture warrants to the original purchaser that its outdoor furniture is free from defective materials and workmanship under intended reasonable use, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
If a fault covered by warranty is confirmed, Gloster may repair or replace the faulty part or product. No returns are accepted without prior authorisation, and products must not have been misused, modified, neglected or repaired by unauthorised parties.
Important Exclusions
Normal wear and tear is not covered. This includes dents, scratches, marks, tears in fabrics or fibres from regular use, natural teak weathering and small end-grain cracks caused by outdoor exposure.
Warranty claims are not accepted for products or components over 5 years old. Wheels and footcaps are covered for 1 year from delivery, and warranty validity depends on correct cleaning and maintenance in line with Gloster aftercare instructions.
