The Cane-line Peacock Wing 3-Seater Sofa with Teak Legs, designed by Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen MDD, is a modern sculptural outdoor sofa created for generous comfort and a sense of shelter. Its signature high winged back forms an embracing lounge space that feels more protected than a conventional outdoor sofa, making Peacock Wing particularly suited to relaxation, conversation and quiet reflection.
The sofa combines Cane-line Soft Rope, teak and aluminium in a carefully balanced construction. The Soft Rope shell gives Peacock Wing its light, handwoven visual character, while teak legs add warmth and a natural material contrast. The aluminium structure provides durable support beneath the woven exterior, resulting in a substantial 248 cm three-seater that still retains an elegant, visually open expression.
Peacock Wing is supplied in Dark Grey medium flat Soft Rope with teak legs and a matching Grey Cane-line Natté cushion set. The cushions use Cane-line’s QuickDry & Airflow system, which supports drainage and air circulation after rainfall. In suitable outdoor conditions, this system helps cushions dry again approximately one hour after a downpour.

Care & maintenance
Clean the Cane-line Soft Rope surface with a soft brush, mild soap and water to remove dust, pollen, leaves and surface debris. The Grey Cane-line Natté cushions should be allowed to dry completely after sustained rainfall. The QuickDry & Airflow system supports faster drying, but it is still beneficial to use suitable protection during long periods of non-use.
The teak legs will naturally develop a silver-grey patina if left untreated outdoors. This is a normal characteristic of teak and does not affect the material’s structural performance. If you prefer to retain the original golden-brown tone, clean the teak regularly and use appropriate teak-care products. Clean the aluminium structure with mild soapy water and avoid abrasive products.
