The Cattelan Italia Arena Bond Coffee Table is a sculptural layered coffee table designed by Yasuhiro Shito that introduces a rotating disc mechanism to the Arena collection — creating a table of dynamic visual layering, functional flexibility, and material contrast. Available in two configurations: Arena Bond (one Ø90 cm rotating side disc alongside the primary Ø120 cm top) and Arena Double Bond (two Ø90 cm rotating side discs, one on each side of the Ø120 cm main top) — each configuration allows the side disc(s) to rotate manually for flexible surface arrangement and dramatic compositional change. The large brushed metal main top in Brushed Grey or Brushed Bronze pairs with Bevelled Fumé Glass or Bevelled Bronze Glass side disc(s), all supported by a Black Embossed Lacquered Steel base. Made in Italy by Cattelan Italia.

The Arena Bond incorporates a single Ø90 cm rotating glass disc pivoting from a central foot and ballast mechanism — allowing manual rotation for flexible surface extension or compact overlap with the main Ø120 cm top. The Arena Double Bond adds a second identical rotating disc on the opposite side, extending maximum length to 256 cm when both discs are fully open. Each rotating disc is supported by its own dedicated foot (18 × 18 × 38 cm) and ballast (64 × 70 × 6 cm / 24.00 kg).
Brushed Metal Main Top & Bevelled Glass Side Disc(s)
The primary Ø120 cm top is hand-finished brushed metal in Grey or Bronze. The rotating Ø90 cm side disc(s) are produced in bevelled glass in Fumé or Bronze tint — with a bevelled edge detail that catches light at the disc perimeter, adding refined material contrast against the opaque brushed metal surface. The pairing of brushed metal and bevelled glass across the layered disc composition defines the Arena Bond's material character.
