The Gloster Lima High Back Centre Unit is a beautifully detailed modular lounge element by Henrik Pedersen, combining a natural finish teak frame with a Wheat colour woven all-weather wicker back panel and generously upholstered outdoor seat and back cushions. Designed as part of the Lima modular collection, it offers a high-backed, cocooning seat that can work as a standalone lounge element or as part of a larger sectional arrangement.

Materials & construction
Teak craftsmanship
Natural finish teak frame: Gloster’s teak is supplied in a natural finish and is designed to weather gracefully outdoors, gradually changing from golden-brown to a soft silver-grey patina over time.
Care guidance: Teak generally requires only occasional cleaning with mild detergent or a dedicated teak cleaner. Power washing and outdoor teak oil use are not recommended, as they can damage the surface or encourage blackening.
Outdoor wicker back panel
PE wicker construction: Gloster woven furniture uses a polyethylene wicker that is weatherproof, colourfast, UV resistant, tear resistant and easy to clean, while remaining soft and tactile.
Supportive hidden structure: The woven elements are built over a fully welded, powder-coated aluminium frame, helping protect against corrosion while keeping the support structure visually discreet behind the weave.
Outdoor cushions
Included seat & back cushions: Gloster upholstery uses solution-dyed acrylic outdoor fabrics with water- and stain-repellent surface properties, while internal constructions vary by fabric group for comfort, drying speed and performance.
Comfort-led upholstery: Depending on fabric category, Lima cushions may be offered across Outdoor Performance, Water Resistant and Soft Touch constructions, combining outdoor practicality with a softer, more luxurious lounge feel.

Maintenance & protection
Wicker cleaning: Woven surfaces should be cleaned using a mild detergent to lukewarm water solution, agitated gently with a soft bristle brush, then rinsed thoroughly to remove any remaining foam trapped within the weave.
Protective covers: Gloster’s Weathermax covers are breathable, water resistant and tailored to fit specific products, but furniture and cushions should always be completely dry before covering for extended periods.
Warranty
Gloster warrants its outdoor furniture to the original purchaser against defective materials and workmanship under intended reasonable use, provided correct maintenance and cleaning have been carried out in accordance with Gloster’s aftercare instructions. Normal wear and tear, natural teak weathering, dents, scratches, marks and tears from ordinary use, and any products or components over five years old are not covered by the warranty. Wheels and footcaps are covered for one year from delivery.
