Warranty
Gloster states that its outdoor furniture is warranted to the original purchaser against defective materials and workmanship under intended reasonable use, beginning from the date of delivery and provided that proper maintenance and cleaning have been carried out in line with Gloster’s aftercare instructions. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, weathering of teak, small end‑grain cracks, typical sling sagging, or products and components over five years old, and claims are not accepted where items have been misused, modified, damaged by abnormal conditions or returned without prior authorisation.
