Care & Warranty
Care & maintenance
Remove loose dirt regularly and use the recommended 4SO care products for each material. Follow the supplied care instructions and avoid aggressive cleaners. Only use a breathable furniture cover; trapped moisture can cause mould or discolouration.
Wipe the ceramic tabletop with a damp cloth and mild detergent; stubborn marks can be removed with non‑abrasive cleaners suitable for ceramic surfaces. Clean Allora frames and rope with lukewarm soapy water and a soft brush, then rinse and allow to dry naturally. Cushions should be brushed free of dirt, spot‑cleaned with mild soap, and stored in a dry place during prolonged wet or winter periods to maximise lifespan.
Manufacturer’s warranty
4 Seasons Outdoor provides a standard 5-year manufacturer’s warranty on garden furniture.
Manufacturer’s conditions and exclusions apply, including for normal wear, natural material changes, misuse, incorrect maintenance and extreme weather. For a claim, contact The Modern Furniture Company with your receipt and photographs of the issue.
