- Price Includes: We are a UK-based family business located in Brentwood, Essex. Unlike many overseas websites offering Heatsail products, all our models are fully prepared for the UK market — including a UK plug on the Dome, Disc and Twig models (other models are hardwired). Our prices are comprehensive and include VAT, import duty and delivery. Purchasing from a European website often leads to unexpected costs (VAT / Duty / Import Charges) and logistical challenges, buying with us will avoid this.

For customers in London or the Home Counties, installation of the Dome in a ground-floor garden area is available at a cost of £120.
If your property is outside these areas, or if installation is required on a balcony, please contact our showroom for a personalised quotation.
We currently have the Midnight freestanding model in stock and ready for immediate dispatch from our UK warehouse. For all other colors and configurations, please allow a lead time of approximately three weeks.
