Grid cushions use Gloster’s outdoor fabric programme based on solution-dyed acrylic yarns with water- and stain-repellent finishes, grouped into Outdoor Performance, Water Resistant and Soft Touch categories to balance hand feel with drying performance.

Powder Coated Aluminium Frame
Durable structural base: The Grid Small Corner Unit uses a powder coated aluminium frame, offering a strong yet relatively light structure with very high corrosion resistance and a uniformly applied, tough outer finish.
The electrostatic powder coat application and oven curing process deliver a consistent, knock- and scratch-resistant surface that is easy to clean with mild detergent and water, avoiding abrasive tools or cleaners.
Outdoor Upholstery
Seat, back & arm cushions included: The unit is supplied with upholstered outdoor seat, back and arm cushions, providing a complete upholstered corner with integrated arm support to match the rest of the Grid lounge system.
Fabric performance: Gloster’s fabrics use solution-dyed acrylic yarns and engineered cushion interiors to combine UV-resistance, water resistance, comfort and quick drying characteristics suited to outdoor usage.
Protective Cover
Weathermax cover compatibility: The optional protective cover (item 100181) is made from Weathermax performance fabric, designed to reduce dirt build-up and environmental staining while remaining breathable to help minimise trapped moisture.
Furniture and cushions should be completely dry before covering, and covers should be removed periodically so the unit can be cleaned and inspected, even when not in use.

Modular corner element: The Grid Small Corner Unit is intended to define the corner of Grid modular layouts on terraces, patios, roof gardens and pool decks, either as part of a compact two- or three-piece configuration or within larger, more extensive lounge compositions.
Relaxed posture: The 40cm seat height, deep 103cm seat and integrated armrest at 66cm support a relaxed yet supported seating posture for informal outdoor social spaces.

Warranty: Gloster provides a structured warranty to the original purchaser against defective materials and workmanship under reasonable use, subject to adherence to the maintenance guidelines and normal exclusions for wear and weathering.
