The Cane-line Peacock Wing Highback Chair, designed by Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen MDD, is a sculptural outdoor lounge chair created to provide generous comfort and a more sheltered place to relax. Its tall winged back and broad enveloping sides give the chair a distinctive architectural presence while creating a feeling of privacy within an open terrace, garden or poolside setting.
The chair combines Dark Grey Cane-line Soft Rope with warm teak details and a strong aluminium structure. Soft Rope gives the chair its tactile woven character and visually light expression, while the teak introduces a natural material contrast. The chair is supplied with a Cane-line Natté cushion featuring the QuickDry & Airflow system for comfortable outdoor use after rain.

Care & maintenance
Clean the Cane-line Soft Rope with a soft brush, mild soap and water to remove dust, pollen and outdoor debris. Clean the aluminium structure with mild soapy water and avoid abrasive products. The teak details will naturally develop a silver-grey patina when left untreated outdoors; use suitable teak-care products if you wish to preserve the original golden-brown colour.
Allow the QuickDry & Airflow cushion to dry completely after sustained rain. Although the cushion is designed to dry more quickly than conventional outdoor upholstery, use Cover No. 22 or protected storage during extended periods of non-use to help preserve the furniture’s appearance.
