The Gloster Kasha 120cm Round Dining Table combines a sculptural glazed ceramic base with a natural finish slatted teak top, creating a compact five‑seater outdoor dining table with a refined, contemporary profile. Designed by Henrik Pedersen for Gloster’s Kasha collection, it is offered with a choice of Earth, Iron, or Sand matt base colours and a natural teak top, and is supplied without a parasol hole.

Materials & Construction
Teak Table Top
Natural finish teak: The round slatted table top is made from natural finish teak. Gloster uses plantation teak which is left with a natural finish – some products are finely sanded, while others are additionally buffed to bring natural oils to the surface and create a smoother, slightly glossy appearance.
Weathering characteristics: Left untreated and exposed outdoors, teak will gradually change from a golden‑brown colour to a light silvery grey over a period of roughly 6–24 months, depending on climate and exposure. Hairline cracks and small end‑grain checks are a normal part of teak’s weathering process.
Recommended teak care: Gloster advises cleaning teak once or twice a year with water and a mild detergent or with Gloster Teak & Upholstery Cleaner. Light sanding can be used to remove raised grain. Power washers should not be used, as they can erode the teak surface and leave it rough.
Ceramic Base & Protective Covers
Glazed ceramic base: The Kasha pedestal base is made from glazed ceramic in a matt finish. The material is designed for outdoor use and provides stability as well as a sculptural look.
Protective covers: Gloster offers specially tailored Weathermax protective covers for many products, including this table and matching chairs. Covers are shaped to the product for a close fit; some stacking chairs can be covered as a stack, and modular covers can zip and Velcro together to protect whole lounge groups.
Weathermax properties: Weathermax is a heavy‑duty, 100% solution‑dyed polyester cover fabric that combines UV resistance, water resistance, breathability and durability. Its breathability helps reduce heat build‑up, condensation, mould and mildew on the furniture underneath, although small amounts of moisture can penetrate if water is allowed to sit on horizontal areas of the cover.
Usage & Care
Ideal Applications
Outdoor dining: With a 120cm diameter and five‑person seating capacity, the table suits terraces, patios and compact dining spaces where a round layout works best for conversation and flow.
Year‑round use: All Gloster furniture is designed to be left exposed outdoors, and teak is expected to change in character as it weathers. Using a protective cover helps slow this process and keeps off dirt, leaves and bird droppings.
Maintenance & Protection
Teak maintenance: For a natural silver‑grey look, allow the teak to weather and simply clean periodically. To help repel moisture and reduce food and drink staining on weathered teak, Gloster recommends applying Teak & Upholstery Protector once a year (and twice a year for tabletops, typically in April and October).
Colour preservation: To keep teak closer to its fresh, natural brown appearance, Gloster recommends sealing new teak with Gloster Teak Sealer once a year, then applying Gloster Teak Protector over the sealer to help repel moisture and prevent stains.
Covers & cushions: Furniture and cushions should be completely dry before being covered, especially for long periods such as winter storage. Remove standing water from covers, and remove covers regularly to clean and maintain the furniture beneath. Teak should not be painted, varnished or treated with teak oil for outdoor use, as oiling can encourage mildew and blackening of the surface.
