The Gloster Kasha 90cm Round Dining Table is a compact round outdoor dining table that pairs a sculptural glazed ceramic pedestal base with a natural finish slatted teak top. Designed by Henrik Pedersen for Gloster’s Kasha collection, it comfortably seats four and is available with Earth, Iron or Sand matt base colours, always combined with a natural teak top and supplied without a parasol hole.

Materials & Construction
Teak Table Top
Natural finish teak: The slatted tabletop is made from natural finish teak. Gloster’s teak is supplied without surface coatings; some pieces are finely sanded while others are buffed to bring natural oils to the surface and create a smooth, subtly glossy appearance.
Weathering behaviour: When left outdoors, teak will gradually change from a warm golden‑brown to a light silvery grey over roughly 6–24 months, depending on climate and exposure. Small end‑grain cracks and general colour changes are a normal part of this natural weathering process.
Teak care: Gloster recommends cleaning teak once or twice a year using water and a mild detergent, or ideally Gloster Teak & Upholstery Cleaner, with occasional light sanding to remove raised grain. Power washers should not be used on teak, as they can erode the surface and leave it rough.
Ceramic Base & Protective Covers
Glazed ceramic base: The Kasha base is made from glazed ceramic in a matt finish, providing visual weight and stability as well as a refined, sculptural look.
Weathermax covers: Gloster offers tailored protective covers made from Weathermax, a heavy‑duty 100% solution‑dyed polyester fabric. Weathermax combines UV resistance, water resistance, breathability and durability, helping to reduce heat build‑up, condensation, mould and mildew on the furniture underneath.
Cover usage guidance: Furniture and cushions should be completely dry before covering, especially for long periods such as winter. Standing water should be removed from horizontal areas of the cover to reduce the chance of moisture being drawn through the fabric. Covers should be removed periodically so that the furniture can be cleaned and maintained even when not in use.

Ideal Applications
Compact outdoor dining: With a 90cm diameter and seating capacity of four, the Kasha table is ideal for balconies, smaller terraces and more intimate outdoor dining spaces.
Year‑round outdoor use: Gloster furniture is designed to be left outdoors and to weather naturally, with teak changing character over time. Protective covers help to slow this process and keep off dirt, falling leaves and bird droppings.
Teak Protection Options
Letting teak weather: If you prefer the natural silver‑grey patina, allow the teak to weather and simply clean thoroughly once or twice a year. Gloster Teak & Upholstery Protector can be applied to weathered teak to help repel moisture and protect against food and drink stains, with annual application (and twice‑yearly for tabletops) recommended.
Maintaining brown teak: To keep teak looking more like it does when new, Gloster recommends sealing new teak with Gloster Teak Sealer once a year to help maintain the natural brown colour without darkening it too much. Gloster Teak Protector can then be applied over the sealer to help repel moisture and prevent stains.
Avoiding unsuitable treatments: Because teak is naturally oily, paint and varnish will not adhere properly and will soon peel. Gloster does not recommend teak oil or other wood oils for outdoor teak; frequent oiling can lead to mildew on the oil film and cause the wood to turn black, which can only be removed with aggressive sanding.
