Description
The Cane-line Royal Coffee Tables, designed by Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen MDD, are small functional teak tables created for flexible outdoor living. Made from high-quality teak, the Royal tables are lightweight and easy to move wherever an extra surface is needed—beside a lounge chair, sofa, sunbed or outdoor dining setting.
The collection includes a compact Square Coffee Table and a longer Rectangular Coffee Table. Each table can stand alone, or the two different heights can be combined to create a layered arrangement. The smaller square table can be positioned beneath or alongside the larger rectangular table, giving the collection a practical nesting function without compromising its clean, timeless Danish expression.

How to style Royal
Beside lounge seating
Place the Square Coffee Table beside a lounge chair or armchair as a convenient surface for a drink, book, phone or outdoor lantern.
In front of an outdoor sofa
Use the Rectangular Coffee Table as a low central table in front of a sofa or a pair of outdoor lounge chairs.
Paired tables
Combine the Square and Rectangular tables for a layered layout. This makes it easy to expand or reduce the tabletop area as your setting changes.
Teak care & maintenance
Natural ageing
When left untreated outdoors, teak will gradually develop a silver-grey patina. This is a normal characteristic of natural teak.
Preserving teak colour
Use Cane-line Teak Care products if you want to preserve the teak’s warm, original golden-brown colour and maintain the wood surface.
Clean the Royal coffee tables regularly with mild soapy water and a soft brush or cloth. Allow the teak to dry fully after cleaning or rain. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners and abrasive tools. During extended periods of non-use, store the tables in a protected area or cover them with a suitable outdoor furniture cover.
Important notes
- Royal Coffee Tables are supplied individually; the Square and Rectangular tables are separate products.
- The tables are non-stackable, but their differing dimensions allow them to be arranged beneath one another.
- Teak is a natural material; colour, grain and surface variations are normal and make each table unique.
