Description
Cattelan Italia Axel Adjustable Bar Stool, designed by Archirivolto Design in 2018, is a contemporary swivel stool created for kitchen islands, peninsulas and bar counters. Its padded shell is shaped with a series of soft folds that give the seat rhythm and volume, while a low backrest offers support without adding visual bulk. A chromed gas piston lets the seat height be adjusted from 59 to 84 cm, and the seat swivels for easy access. The base and footrest are offered in Chrome or Black Embossed, and the upholstery may be chosen from fabric, synthetic leather, soft leather or glove soft leather.

Materials & Construction
Swivel Base & Gas-Lift Column
The base plate, column and footrest are offered in Chrome or Black Embossed lacquered steel, and the gas piston is chromed steel on both versions. The gas lift adjusts the seat height between 59 and 84 cm, and the seat swivels on the column.
Folded Upholstered Shell
The shell is built from birch and poplar plywood, padded with variable-density polyurethane foam and upholstered in your choice of fabric, synthetic leather, soft leather or glove soft leather. Soft folds give the seat its distinctive rhythm and volume.
