The Nautilus modular bookcase takes its name from legendary voyages and adventure, translating these concepts into a visually light, elegant storage system. Crafted as a series of stackable or side-by-side steel modules, Nautilus is designed for a range of compositions: vertical, horizontal, stepped, or extended as a long room divider. Its inclined vertical elements evoke sails in the wind and allow light to play through, delivering both function and sculptural charisma. Distinctive metallic finishes give the system a bright, discreet look—integrating seamlessly in refined, modern interiors.
Made from steel varnished with epoxy powders, Nautilus is available in titanium (GFM11), bronze (GFM18), graphite (GFM69), or pearl (GFM70) embossed lacquered finishes, selectable from the Cattelan Italia sample card. Each unit can be anchored to the wall or stabilized with an optional ballast (recommended for freestanding installations). Nautilus is exclusively designed for indoor use.
