Lamp Configuration
Version 1 is the smaller complete pendant suited to over-table dining, bedside, or accent lighting use. Version 2 offers significantly greater visual and chromatic presence at Ø44×63h cm, suited to larger dining areas and double-height spaces. L1 and L2 are lampshade-only variants for replacement or custom multi-pendant installations, matching the dimensions of Version 1 and Version 2 respectively.

Continuous Light is the standard non-dimmable configuration. DALI / PUSH / 1-10V / 0-10V Dimmable provides full compatibility with professional dimming protocols for integration into smart lighting and building automation systems. The optional Socket 2/6 adds an additional outlet at the ceiling rose in Black Chrome. The optional 2m additional cable extends the drop for high-ceiling spaces. Remote control accessories add wireless scene and dimming control to compatible configurations.

The Shaded technique applies a continuous colour gradient across the blown glass surface — the most painterly and atmospheric of the two techniques. The Rigadin technique is one of the most celebrated Venetian glass traditions: fine parallel ribs worked into the glass during blowing create a delicately textured, vertically striated surface that refracts the internal light source and multiplies the chromatic aura effect. Green tones produce a cool, organic, botanical atmosphere; Peach tones produce a warm, intimate, amber-glowing ambiance. The internal light source within each shade projects a diffused chromatic halo across the ceiling that varies from warm to evocative depending on the chosen colourway.

Black Chrome is a dark, lustrous metallic finish applied to the softly shaped ring at the lower edge of each lampshade, the ceiling rose (Ø17 cm), and all suspension hardware. Venetian Artistic Glass Lampshades
Each San Marco lampshade is an oval form produced in Venetian artistic glass using the Shaded gradient or Rigadin ribbed technique. The tinted glass is blown to an oval form providing the signature floating, balloon-like silhouette. The glass quality ensures crystalline transparency and consistent brilliance over time, while the hand-worked surface character of artistic glass gives each lampshade a subtle individual uniqueness.
Dual Light Source System
Each San Marco lampshade operates with two distinct internal light sources: one providing functional downward illumination, one transmitting through the tinted glass to create a diffused chromatic aura projected across the ceiling and surrounding surfaces. Black Chrome Ring & Hardware
The softly shaped Black Chrome metal ring at the lower edge of each lampshade performs both structural and decorative functions: it provides structural support for the glass shade and serves as the deliberate point of material contrast in San Marco's aesthetic programme. Its gentle, organic curve echoes the soft oval of the glass while introducing the solidity of metal as a counterpoint to the fragility of the glass above it.

Packaging Details
Packaging dimensions and weights will be confirmed prior to delivery. Each San Marco lampshade in artistic glass requires specialist protective packaging during transit. The maximum cable drop of 200 cm (extendable by the optional 2m additional cable) should be confirmed against ceiling height before ordering.
