This project highlights how we can integrate any Umbris design into an existing outbuilding, creating a continuous and cohesive aesthetic. The pergola is mounted to the outbuilding, extending the space, providing shade, and enhancing the overall architectural appeal.
Key Features:
- Retro-fitted Aluminium Louvre Roof: A 6m x 3.5m electric louvred roof that extends to 7.5m with a timber overhang along the side of the building. This design adds shade and architectural interest while seamlessly blending with the existing structure.
- Fixed Decorative Wood Panels: Instead of traditional posts at each corner, hardwood panels provide both structural support and shade. These panels align perfectly with the timber roof extension for a cohesive look.
- Smart Control: All features, including the louvres, lighting, heaters, and screens, can be controlled via smartphone using Somfy Tahoma or a remote control for ultimate convenience.
