The Cattelan Italia Gibson Coffee Tables are the coordinated low table elements of the Gibson collection — slim, rectangular coffee tables designed for placement within or in front of any Gibson sofa composition as central or side surface elements. Available in two sizes — PT100 (104×52×34h cm) and PT120 (117×52×34h cm) — both share a consistent 34 cm table height suited to use alongside the 42 cm seat height of the Gibson sofa and pouf range, placing the table surface at a comfortable reach from any Gibson seating position. Each table features an upholstered base body in Category A through F fabrics and a top surface inset with a Ceramic Marmi panel, available in 19 individual ceramic finishes spanning matt and glossy marble-effect, stone, and tonal compositions. Referenced as Tavolino in the Cattelan Italia Gibson system. Made in Italy by Cattelan Italia.

PT120 (117×52×34h cm) is the wider table suited to compositions incorporating 117 cm width Central Units or B65/B90 poufs. Both share identical depth (52 cm) and height (34 cm).
Top Insert — Ceramic Marmi
The Ceramic Marmi inserts are sintered ceramic panels with photorealistic marble, stone, and tonal surface patterns. Matt finishes provide a honed, low-reflectance surface. Cover Upholstery
Four fabric categories — Category A, B, D, and F — for the table base body. Each includes multiple individual fabric options, matching the full Gibson sofa upholstery range.

Upholstered Base Body — Fabric & Ceramic Combination
The Gibson Coffee Table combines a fully upholstered rectangular base body with a recessed Ceramic Marmi insert top panel, bringing together the textile warmth of the Gibson sofa upholstery range and the durability and surface quality of sintered ceramic in a single coordinated object. The upholstered sides maintain visual continuity with the Gibson sofa units placed around it, while the ceramic top provides a practical, hardwearing surface for daily use.
Ceramic Marmi — Sintered Ceramic Top Panel
The Ceramic Marmi top inserts are large-format sintered ceramic panels with photorealistic marble, stone, and tonal surface patterns. Sintered ceramic is highly resistant to heat, scratches, and staining, making it well suited to daily coffee table use. Matt finishes provide a honed, low-reflectance surface that minimises fingerprints and glare; Glossy finishes provide a polished, mirror-like surface that amplifies the veining and pattern depth of each design. Nineteen individual finishes span light and warm marble effects (Golden Calacatta, Borghini Calacatta, Taj Mahal, Alabastro), deep dark stones (Portoro, Sahara Noir), and natural and tonal compositions (Makalu, Kaindy, Corcovado, Andromeda, Darwin, Giava).
34 cm Height — Proportioned for the Gibson System
At 34 cm height, the Gibson Coffee Tables sit 8 cm below the 42 cm seat height of all Gibson sofa and pouf units, placing the table surface at a natural, comfortable reach from any seating position within a Gibson composition. The 52 cm depth is consistent across both sizes and is proportioned to allow use as a central table within a U-shaped composition or as a side table placed against the sofa front without restricting leg circulation.

Packaging Details
Packaging dimensions and weights will be confirmed prior to delivery. Gibson Coffee Tables are delivered with the Ceramic Marmi insert panel packaged separately from the upholstered base body for transit protection. The ceramic insert should be handled and installed with care; Cattelan Italia recommend two-person handling for the insert panel.
